Delivery is available within the Republic of South Africa.

We reserve the right to decline delivery to certain remote or high-risk areas.

Deliveries are fulfilled via an appointed third-party courier service provider.

Multiwrap shall not be liable for courier delays, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation.

Orders are deemed accepted only once payment has been successfully received.

All deliveries are subject to the terms and conditions of The Courier Guy, which can be viewed on their website: www.thecourierguy.co.za.

Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days depending on location.

Timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order specifications and delivery location.

Multiwrap reserves the right to adjust shipping fees in the event of system or calculation errors.

Risk passes to the customer upon delivery at the address provided.

Customers must inspect goods upon receipt and report discrepancies within 48 hours.

Additional charges may apply for re-dispatch due to incorrect details or unavailability.
