REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS

If goods are defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Upon verification, we will provide repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

7-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

In terms of Section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, customers may cancel an online order within 7 days of delivery.

Goods must be unused and returned in original condition.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the goods are defective.

NON-RETURNABLE GOODS

The following may not be returned unless defective:

  • Used goods
  • Custom-cut or special-order items

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
